Ok so a little update but not with the best of pictures showing the new ride height as the dark wheels seem to disappear when I try to take a picture.

First off suspension now on and what a difference, cars dropped down from where it was to where it should be plus much more compliant on the road, I can now feel it working and compressing as it should and the bouncy sensation is no more.

The gauges frustratingly still need addressing, the sensors themselves are on so with the help of a mate I'm going to see what's going on and try to get them working myself.

I've also had a small pin dent repaired by my paint man that was to much for the dent man as it was stretched and would not have smoothed out.

Next off will be decals and revs back on for Japfest

The plan was always PCAD with these as the weather can be wet then when I swap over I can have a quick arch clean when I'm at it. I may rattle can these Sti wheels another colour I know they look bizarre but it was a bargain job

Do em gold. I think the OEM Sti wheels look a bit weird in any other colour than the factory gold.

Ah now I know we have spoken very briefly about Beaulieu but made no decision yet... I am heading up country to the Asda Charity event early August so will have to see what I have planned and let you know.

A small update today as I have managed to catch up on a few jobs that have been on my to do list... including getting the Revs back on.

OEM decals plus a couple of others added which make the car look so much better it's good to break the white up a little.

I have to get the STi logo replicated in cerise as this decal was intended for darker coloured cars... low on stock everywhere now and the cerise one was not available.

Looking clean and fresh as ever, it doesn't seem like it's been run through fields and driven around for the best part of a year

Thanks gents

Jon it's lasted really well and having that gloss finish on top of the stone chip has made a huge difference on just how easy it is to literally wipe over.

Thanks Glenn

Your suspension joe has finished the car off a treat it's spot on for sure.
All being well we can do a double photo shoot soon be great to see the work you have put into yours as well... and thanks really appreciate you like the work that's gone into it.

Thanks Zuber, the plates come from a localish shop they are a legal size import lettering which is motorbike size but I will admit the front plate is cut down a little but to a sensible level.

The speedo is as far as I know oem it reads in km still, there is mph on it in very small lettering so I'm not sure if it may be a different face or not. The milage reads in km as well still.
