Love the colour. Looks different from every angle. Will also keep them in gloss for now!

Love the Fiat 750 colour, seems identical to Volks bronze

Apologies for not replying in October but Iv been off Scoobynet a while! The Mazda 11b is closer to the Rota bronze which is lighter & more grey/silver. Though we did do a few coats to get a deep rich colour. Was painted by my Chipaway guy from Hayes, Middx.

Never thought about getting chips away to paint a set of wheels. How much did he charge for the set if you don't mind me asking? Loioks like a good job done!

I cant remember exactly as it was a while ago but was probably £45 to £50 per wheel.

Not too bad. Similar to power coating costs, but more colour choice and less risk of wheel damage through excessive heat.

Awesome thread. I am keen to bronze up too - just don't want a brown or orange result!

I'd prefer a paint code so I can order from a supplier and get my mate to paint them properly

Good spray job

Does anyone have any pictures of the bronze colour please?

I know it's a very old thread but its the only one on the internet I could find about these colours!

The images arent working anymore, would appreciate anyone posting any of rays or rota grid colours please.

Thanks for the quick response, I gave up thinking no one would respond!

Just a couple questions.

Whats the colour on those rims? You have a paint code?

And is it painted or powder coated?

I'm looking at getting Rota Drift Bronze from wheelpaints website and having someone powder coat on top of it for added protection? Or will the colour mess up because of that. Not sure how it works you see.

Thanks.

They were painted by me using rattle cans.

Paint name and code are in my post.

I used this with great results.
