Have Carbon wrap'd both sides, one has been mint, this side has bubbled up TWICE now
Any ideas why it would do it???? no crap on the thing, was cleaned well b4 the wrap was applied.....

Normally peeps put an induction kit and dump vavle on without remap. This causes the boost to go over max permited boost in ECU. So th ECU cuts the boost back even lower. Hence less power. Early days used to fit restrictors in boost solenoid pipes to slow operation.
The standard induction box is good up to 420bhp.
may worth investing in a 3port valve. speak to JGM has more knowledge than me.

Yes sounds a bit like 2002 STi boost spike. But JGM will soon sort it out. Mate had same thing put std airbox back on went like a rocket.

Got a 3 port valve (Turbosmart with guage ), taking it with me just in case

still got a few bits 2 do yet, 400mm lower springs on nxt week, better sound system soon, some guages would b nice oh and going to re wrap that friggin side repeater for the third time 2morrow keeps bubbling up, other side is perfect... wierd.

£36.74.I did originally buy some proper c-f inserts that you had to stick in place with some pva black sticky stuff-absolute nightmare and looked gash.
Was a bit unsure of the 3M stickers as they were, well stickers!
Pleasantly suprised,looked good and filled the space nicely

Hi all, just a quick message to everyone.....
I have been talking with Rob and given the response we have already had regarding our first meet we have both decided we need another one or two guys to help run the new club, if anybody fancies getting involved please pm us and we can have a chat..

Help please.....
Im at a loss as what to do, haave bought a set of v8 shocks with 40mm lower springs on them, sshould i get them fitted or not???????
Main issue is worried about making the ride too harsh, also with stories of snow on the way nxt month will it be too low, what do you recon..
cant decide?????
