Yes it has the rad cap, its the 2002-2003 ( Bugeye ) that have the separate tank and dont have the rad cap...
We have both available but the bugeye rads we had to buy in from another company so dont come branded japspeed.

If you could get em some measurements of where the inlet and out let is situated and also the rad cap then i can look into this for you.
