So is that 10w-40 fully SYNTHETIC?

I reckon Oilman will say Millers CFS 10W-40?
If you rag it a lot then you can use a 10W-50 instead - which the CFS ^^^ also comes in. Fuchs Titan Pro S also comes in 10W-50 - equally good.

Nah don't rag it really hard, if i do its normally only for a few seconds. Millers CFS 10W-40 has an offer on aswell so think i will get that. But why do most on here run 5w-50?

They don't, necessarily.
5W-30, 5W-40 (or in some cases 5W-50), is usually a recomm. for the New Age engines.
10W-40 or 10W-50 is, allegedly, more suited to Classics.

Yep, based on your car and the way you say you normally drive it, then the 10W-40 seems to be the one.
