How come you lot managed to post yesterday? I couldn't get onto Scoobynet after about 9:30!!!

Steven - would those geometry settings be OK on 16's? <numpty mode> Or is the wheel size irrelevant? </numpty mode> Maybe I could pop over to yours at some point and you can drive mine and see what you think to it? Being my first Scoob I have no idea whether it's running right/feels right/needs adjustments etc etc.

Pum - I was thinking of spraying it a silver/chrome colour - what do you think?

Ads - sorry mate but I have to work during daylight hours If you wait till the weekend I could help (not that I'd be much practical help but I'd be there for moral support )

Paul - feeling better mate????

Steve - I reckon shiny silver/chrome would look good. Shall I pop into B&Q on my way home and get some?

Ads - forget the question about the keys, it's all sorted now!

Steven (P20SPD) found some keys at The Buckles and handed them to the barstaff and was asking on The Yorkshire Meet thread for whoever lost them to get in touch so he could tell the owner where they were. He didn't realise that whoever lost them would have already found them so that they could get home! Knowing that Ads had lost his keys I thought maybe he had lost 2 sets and only got 1 set back.

A set of "classic" seats should bolt straight in mate, even ones out of a 4 door (they just have one less mounting on the rears I think), or just get the fronts.

I'll have a look at the clips of you, even though I was there. Have you developed the photos yet? Any good??

No idea about the Xmas night out but might be a decent idea

Ads - have a look on ebay - there were 2 sets of STi seats (fronts and rears) on there the other day.

Steven - I'll drop you an email regarding a visit.

Steve - I forgot to go to B&Q last night but I'm pretty sure I've got some chrome spray in the garage somewhere.

I will spray it and fit it this weekend so when it's finished I'll post up a pic! Still need to find somewhere to stash the amp and changer though.

Morning all!

Pum - I sprayed the grill chrome, it looks OK but I'm gonna paint the logo and the border in either red or gold.

My dumpvalve arrived on Saturday but the blanking plug for the hose wasn't there. I've messed about changing springs and stuff but I don't think it's working properly 'cos it doesn't sound right?

Ads - that sounds like a cheap deal - remember to drive on the other side of the road (that shouldn't be a problem to you, you're normally on the wrong side of the road anyway )

I shoved a copper pipe connector down the end of it and clamped it! I've emailed the guy I bought it off to ask him to send me it but if he doesn't I'll have to see about getting something proper to blank it with! Can't think what though, it needs to be tapered from about 22mm to about 25-28 mm. Any ideas?

About 35mm I reckon.

The bit that's missing is on this page, at the bottom:-

Forge Motorsport

I've emailed them to see if I can buy a replacement.
