lol how could you get bored of the 675LT or FF, which he drives just as much? He bought the RS as another daily.

Yes you are a massive cynic
Exactly. Just because you can afford an Aston Martin GT8 or a new Ford GT, doesn't mean you can't actually buy a £30k car. That £30k car will actually be more fun on more roads.

EDIT,
Plus he'll be able to park the RS in Tesco's car park, or outside a pub without any issues.

I would say that article isnt too bad to be fair.

It is what it is, its a Fast Ford... built to a price and compromised in some areas to suit teh mass market.

But... its probably Ford most technologically advanced product ever. When you learn to live with it and can get it by the scruff of its neck and push it, the car is pretty damn awesome.

The read "diff" is called an RDU as it is NOT a diff. Its an electronic multiclutch which allows the ECU to vary drive to either rear wheel in any proportion it likes. Its adaptive, reactive and proactive. Its very very clever indeed to be fair. It can overdrive the outside wheels during cornering too.

Make no mistake though, 95% of the time this car is FWD and that is just how it should be. It doesnt even have the inherent driveline drag of a typical 4wd car as the ECU turns the driveline off front the front. Those rear wheels really do freewheel.
