This is what usually happens when you buy from cdf. Wait until the lies start and he has your money then you have a real issue!

Can't be trusted to make gear ***** that fit. Let alone be trusted with a fuel rails 😲

To be fair to Chris he is generally very good, he replaced hard race stuff that I got off ham when it gave up after nearly a year, his drop links are well made and is his gearbox stabilizer - when I have had issues which included his oil cap he redesigned it and replaced everyones so there's no issues with him, I suspect his business is growing quicker than he can cope with at times which is testament to his work

If I'd paid money for something that didnt fit I'd want a nut supplied to me.... It should fit and work first time, why would you expect to need to buy extra parts to fit a gear ****? ridiculous

Guys

Sorry to see some off you have had problems , any issues please email or call me

If logos don't line up you can use Ptfe tape on the stick or a nut underneath
Any off which I would be more than happy to refund

I did explain to those that emailed , we are extremely busy with other contracted work at the moment hence delays but in all fairness , price agreed for these was for 10 plus orders and we only received 6 .. But I still honoured the price
We are working harder to keep up with orders , I have taken on another three members of staff in the past two months and bought more cnc machines - unfortunately we still need more

I have also added a notice to the website about delays ,

As above , please email us any issues and they will be sorted straight away - unfortunately I don't get on here much due to my hate campaign for no apparent reason , but hey ho life goes on

Jonmc , sorry mate but not seen any emails from you , please give me a call

There is no hate campaign, if you supplied quality parts you would not get bad reviews.

Personally I had a bad experience with you and as I see fit to advise other people as such. There are plenty of other people who have complaints too as we are now findingout.

If you took on board the problems and dealt with them (poor communication, poor fitment etc) then maybe this would not happen.

But you don't, putting a note on the website and offering some PTFE tape is not a solution. If you bucked your ideas up and made parts that fitted first time with no issues then it would all go away.

Come one let's face it, you have made enough of these now they should fit right first time. And if people need a response you should be able to offer that, you want people's money, make the effort to help them when they need it otherwise you won't get the cash....

can we please not turn the thread into a slanging match again, chris has apologised for the delay on the parts due to how busy he is and the fact that some of you are having issues with fitment.. he has explained the best way to correct the fitment issue and offered a refund. whilst I agree you would expect custom parts to fit as we know this isn't always the case and sometimes these things happen. ive had parts from cdf along with plenty other people and had no issues with fitment or quality. as ive said not everything in life goes smoothly.

he has honoured the GB even without the full numbers so lets keep this civil. if you do have any problems then email or ring chris direct please don't turn this into another bad thread on SN
