Yea agree the iLiquid is a quid for a reason, i prefer the wicked juices over MBV now.

Spare battery is a must imo in case you get caught short. I wouldn't bother with a complete spare, maybe just another tank, so you can switch between 2 juices quickly.

Had another *** last night again while i wait for the part to fix mine. Tasted fecking aweful, i don't think i'll be doing that again.

I'm using the liquids from the onepoundeliquid shop only using tobacco and menthol and think they are great value for money, unfortunately they seem to be out of stock and I'm running out. I was going to try http://www.cloudhousevapor.com/ but they're closed for Xmas
Can anyone recommend a good value site that I could use?
Cheers Rich

lol yes you are, its not expensive at all. Compare it against one pack of **** which wouldn't last as you long as a few 10ml bottles anyway.

Discount is auto if you have an account i think.

Buy 5 10ml bottles for £4 each.

I know what your saying mate, the last pack of **** I bought were neary a tenner! But I ordered 20 bottles from onepoundeliquid for £20
20 bottles from wicked is like £70! Even someone not from Yorkshire has gotta think that's a big difference.
Is the quality that much different?

I'd rather pay more and enjoy my vape. If I understand it correctly, a lower nicotine content may be just as effective at satisfying the craving as the liquid burns better. I've been using 24 and 18mg from the beginning, so may give 12mg a go.

That Turbo is fecking massive! I'm tempted by the Nautilus, well the Mini but I hear the glass is a little too vulnerable.

Hi there, the nautilus is the least used, imho its crap compared to the mega and turbo etc.

My fav tank is still the delta, its a superb tank, great vape at around 4.6v ish(depends on vv mod). The atomizers have 3x4.2ohm coils in parallel to give 1.4ohm. This allows you to crank the V up without any burn,so great flavour and lots of vape produced.

The turbo is a good tank too,at around 20w is good flavour/vape. Down side is size/weight and because its a sub ohm tank(2x 1.8ohm in parallel to give 0.9ohm) you need the right mod to use it as many will not recognise the atomizer. Its like a mega tank but with 2 coils in parallel,so certainly more of a hit. Just a shame the design makes them look 1/2 empty when full

The latest kanger subtank is good too, holding 6ml comes in handy and having the choice of making your own or using ready built coils. All my later tanks have an adj air flow, imo a must for tanks and allows a smoother vape.

I would look into
http://www.ukecigstore.com/clearomiz...ntis-tank.html

Rather than the nautilus ,again though requires a powerful mod

Depends on the flavour, but generally the more expensive ones have a better taste and hit yes.

I've not tried any flavours yet,not sure if I would take to them? Just started vaping about a month ago,I'm just doing tobacco and mixing it with a little menthol both 18mg and using about 1.5-2ml per day. I'm getting a great hit and have no craving for cigs at all so I'm happy with the way it's going

Its all good then, personal choice innit, i hate the tobacco/menthol flavours but love the drink/dessert or fruity flavours, but i have a sweet tooth. One of my favs so far is banana butternut pie or butterscotch. The apple/pineapple ones are nice to or maybe a bit of coffee or cola, its all good ****.

This Ipow2 battery seems to be very good now if you do what i said previously, charge it for about half an hour longer after the LED display says its full, it's trial and error really you could do 45 mins longer. Just find a sweet spot where it gives you a really good charge. it's now what i sort of expected it to be when i bought it, my last charge was at 4pm yesterday and it's still going now and giving a good hit. I bought a 2nd one last week so always have a spare which is handy, if it continues for that long you'd probably not need a spare depending on how heavy a user you are.

If you go the totally wicked red label route, try Sex On The beach. It has a lovely Kiwi fruit type flavour, really nice and refreshing after taste.

If you really like a sweet taste, go for sherbert lemon, tutti fruiti or strawberry variants :O

It's blown my mind really how much there is to the vaping scene,I just thought it was any battery+tank+liquid=ecig. The more I read this thread then the more I learn that there is loads of options. I have a kanga mini pro tank 2 which is great quality but has a small tank, then my impulse buy from china which is supposed to be an innokin with a big tank with a dodgy looking mouth piece, trumpet shaped, adjustable which has a wick in it(I thought the coil versions had no wick?) but did come with a variable 3 setting big battery which I do use with the pro tank. My 1st coil lasted 3 weeks so am happy with that as I'm a medium-heavy user atm. I've only tried poundliquids(I did get a strawberry which I haven't tried yet)
All in all I'm happy to be off the cigs and great thread guys, keep the info coming, very interesting

They are pretty good,i kind of had vv mods like the provari and oddy range(after the normal battery type). The box mods are pretty and i tend to use mine more than the others i have.

I have the vaporshark rDNA which is good for 30w(nothing compared to some). However i am yet to go past 25w and most of my use is around 15w.

For this type of box mod i prefer 18650 cells,INR or IMR chemistry and around 2500mah from say the samsung 25r or sony vtc5 cells. Always have spares(*beep* loads tbh) and chargers,so never without whilst charging etc.

The built on type do put me off a little due to resistance building up in the cells over time and then not holding charge as much(shorter use times). May not be an issue if change devices every 6 months, but for a long term investment the ones that you can swap the cells make a better choice imo.

Still for around £30-£50 there are some decent box mods, here is another but different name and in stock, with the 20% discount off too,its not bad
http://www.totallywicked-eliquid.co....d-product.html

Box mod i use is
http://www.ukecigstore.com/vaporshark-rdna-30-mod.html
Surprising how compact they are........

But sell out quick!! New rDNA40 now which goes without saying 40w of power. Unless cloud chasing(most dont use nicotene and use VG mainly for vape) and build your own subohm coils, there is not much use for more than 30w imo with tanks available. Certainly dont want to be lunging any 150w with a 0.2ohm coil..................

Side note, its a big thing in the states(cloud chasing) and lots of tube videos apparently...........not for me

Wow, £130 is little more than I want to spend, considering that I only used to smoke 1 pack of cigs a week.
Are they were that much better than the £40 box mods?

In honesty i dont know Gear Head,i know the dna chip is meant to be very good in the rDNA and has a good rep.

If its worth another £100 more............well i would say probably not! Its not like your buying a long warranty or anything . Its a pretty powerful box mod,has options of a usb charger . This fits in usb on mod, then a flat reciever under the sharkskin(just a soft rubber case)
This

usb charger(does come with usb lead but this is seperate)
http://www.ukecigstore.com/vaporshar...-receiver.html
http://www.ukecigstore.com/vaporshar...s-charger.html

So you can charge by resting on the base...........I have not bothered as imo too much,no trouble changing a cell once a day, takes all of 30 seconds.

One of the mods in bought (vv ody) has a 5yr warranty with it. I paid a bit over £100 and had to send it back twice. All free, postage refunded too and piece of mind for next 4yrs+ .

The shark to me is worth about £80 compared to other mods.......but i dont have any regrets as i have been pretty much using it all the time for a few month now.

I used to smoke around 20 lights a day so call it £8 ish x 31=best part of £250. Guess this helps me justify some of my spending

It is worth it,certainly better vape and making your own fluid saves some £ too(also can tweak flavour/vape/throat hit. Seemed a little at 1st,but a little research and all is good.
Now you know how i feel looking into mapping and rim off sets all new to me subaru stuff, been there with cosworths and s14a nissans so have a little back ground. Just deciding if to stick with oe or tweak a little...........or a lot

I bought one for a friend, it's tiny, light and a feels a bit flimsy but looks and works great with the EMOW. I'd wait for the Clouper removable battery box or the new Innokin MVP to come out before deciding, my MVP 2 is a tank the Nokia of the Vaping boxes.

33 days now without a cigarette.

Been trying mint and menthol e-liquids but just ordered some butterscotch and milk chocolate from here:

Loving the whole vaping scene.
